Our Parks

We have Two parks

In the center of our neighborhood, there are two common property parks.

The smaller park is located on the lake shore and includes a boat ramp for POA members to use in launching their boats along with a small dock facility to accommodate both swimming and fishing.

The small park includes several permanent barbecue grills along with picnic tables with covered roofs. There are several pieces of playground equipment for youngsters’ enjoyment including a swing set, a see-saw, and a merry-go-round. There is even a “meditation area” to sit and relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the view. Both parks are open to POA members and their guests.

The large park includes a burn pit for the use of POA members who wish to burn leaves and tree trimmings. There is also an area in the large park used for storage of empty boat trailers by POA members only.

Each park closes at 10:00 p.m.  We ask that you respect your neighbors by adhering to this rule.
