Our annual spring clean up is a great time to get together with neighbors and spruce up the parks! We also spend time on our flower bed at the entrance sign and the area around the sign on 274. This year we are also planning to do some repairs on both signs, so lots of muscle will be needed!

AT 10:00 A.M. a special meeting to discuss a proposed POA dues increase. A letter and email went out to all neighbors with the details. Voting will occur at the meeting. If you cannot attend, a proxy was provided and can be given to a neighbor who plans to attend the meeting.

- Review of bid for sea wall vents (Barwell Solutions)
Our annual meeting was held on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21, in the POA Small Park.
We had a great turnout and discussion. We also elected two new Board members:
Jason Powers and Marc Hebner. Both will serve a 2-year term.
The membership voted on whether or not to use POA funds for a proposed pickleball court in the small park. Voting at the meeting and via proxy, the vote was 18 owners in favor and 33 against.
