The first Board meeting of the new fiscal year will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025. All neighbors are welcome. Topics include review of minutes, treasurer’s report, discussion of concerns addressed at the annual meeting and upcoming projects.

Wildwood Acres POA is holding our 50th Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 25th, 10 a.m. at the Tool Civic Center, 701 N. Tool Drive.

The Board will present accomplishments and plans, go over the financials, and address any neighbor questions.

A potluck lunch will follow the meeting. Bring a covered dish or dessert with you to the meeting. The POA will provide fried chicken and drinks.

Our annual meeting was held on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21, in the POA Small Park.

We had a great turnout and discussion. We also elected two new Board members:

Jason Powers and Marc Hebner. Both will serve a 2-year term.

The membership voted on whether or not to use POA funds for a proposed pickleball court in the small park. Voting at the meeting and via proxy, the vote was 18 owners in favor and 33 against.
