Dues Increase To Start October 2025

At a special meeting held April 12, 2025, the membership voted 35-18 to approve the proposed dues increase beginning with annual dues October 1, 2025.

Like all of you are experiencing in your personal lives, the cost to the POA of maintaining property, insurance, etc. has continued to grow. Our last dues increase was in 2014.

This year, the Board has authorized the repair and repaving of the asphalt at the boat ramp, the installation of cameras in 3 locations in the neighborhood, and funded a much needed dig out of the burn pit in the large park. We are also working on a re-write of our bylaws and restrictive covenants to keep up with laws passed in 2021 regarding POA/HOA requirements. In future years we expect additional large expenditures to keep the seawall intact and maintain the boat ramp and parks.

The new dues structure is as follows:

**$400 for each single lot or group of adjacent lots whether it contains a residence or not.

**For owners with more than one single lot or grouping of adjacent lots, $400 will be due for each lot or adjacent lots than contain a residence and $200 for each other single lot or group of lots with no residence.

What’s In The News?

Spring Clean Up Success!

Thanks to all who attended our annual spring clean up on Saturday, April 12. Everything is looking GREAT (see pictures below)

POA park and boat launch. Reminder to everyone - there is NO PARKING on the pavement or grass. Once you put your boat in the water, please use the large park for parking. REMEMBER to close and lock all gates behind you when you launch your boat or park your trailer.

NO FIREWORKS. There are no fireworks allowed on the fishing pier/boat dock. Thank you for respecting the POA rules! Also, the park closes at 10 p.m.
